Chayofa is a charming little Canarian village just five minutes' drive from Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas, and its proximity to the TF1 motorway means it is only a twenty-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport and close to the fabulous shopping centres, bars and restaurants of Costa Adeje. Chayofa has a small town centre and many other local attractions, including an art gallery, tennis courts and a small selection of bars and restaurants, and is close to other villages, namely Valle de San Lorenzo and Cabo Blanco, the location of the largest English school in the south of Tenerife, The Wingate School.

La Finca is a modern, low-rise complex with properties located around communal swimming pools and sunbathing areas. It has large terraces and gardens and is truly an oasis of peace and tranquillity. There is a large external car park used by residents and there are some excellent local bars and restaurants within walking distance.
